MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Coconut Almond Energy Bars

     Yield: 24 Bars

     4 c  Rolled oats
     2 c  Almond butter
     2 c  Bittersweet chocolate chips
     2 c  Coconut flakes
 1 1/3 c  Maple syrup
     1 tb Vanilla extract
     1 ts Salt

 Mix all together until everything is well coated and the mixture
 holds its shape when pressed into a ball. Scoop teaspoons of the
 mixture onto parchment paper and chill 2 hours. Keep cool or at room
 temperature for 5 to 7 days.
