     Title: Sour Cream Raisin Bars

     Yield: 1 servings

     2 c  Raisins
 1 1/2 c  Water
     1 c  Brown sugar
     1 c  Oleo
 1 3/4 c  Quick oatmeal
 1 3/4 c  Flour
     1 ts Soda
     3    Egg yolks
     1 c  Sugar
 1 1/2 c  Dairy sour cream
   1/4 tb Cornstarch
   1/4 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Vanilla

 Cook the raisins in the water for 10 minutes.  Drain and cool. Mix the
 brown sugar, oleo, oats, flour and soda until crumbly. Press 1/2 of this
 mixture into a greased 9x13x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7
 minutes. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, cinnamon and
 cook until thick.  Add the cooled raisins and vanilla. Pour over the baked
 crust and top with the remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
 minutes.
