MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lemony Layer Bars

     Yield: 24 servings

     2 c  Unsalted top saltines;
          - crushed
   1/2 c  Butter; melted
     1 c  White baking chips
     1 c  Sweetened shredded coconut
     1 c  Almonds; coarse chopped
     6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
    14 oz Can sweetened, condensed
          - milk
   1/4 c  Lemon curd
     2 tb Lemon zest; grated, divided

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 Line a 13x9" baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up
 sides. In a large bowl, mix cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto
 bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with white chips, coconut,
 almonds, and chocolate chips.

 In a small bowl, combine milk, lemon curd, and 1 tb zest. Pour over
 chips. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tb zest. Bake until edges are
 golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
 Lifting with parchment, remove from pan. Cut into bars. Store in an
 airtight container.
