Title: Easy Food Processor Shortbread With A Chocolate Drizzle

2 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Fine sugar
1 c Butter; cold, cut into
-pieces
Chocolate; melted or
-sugar sprinkles
Combine flour and sugar in food processor and process a few seconds
to combine. Add cold butter to flour mixture and process with an
on/off motion about 30 seconds until fine crumbs form. Use a fork to
stir through crumbs to make sure no large lumps remain. Process
another few seconds - or longer depending on your food processor,
until the mixture starts to clump together and forms a ball.
Turn dough out into an 8" ungreased square cake pan (metal). Gather
it into a ball, then press out evenly in pan. Prick all over with
fork. Bake at 300 degrees F about 45 to 50 minutes (bakes faster in a
dark pan). Shortbread should be firm and lightly browned. When cool,
drizzle melted chocolate on top. Or, just sprinkle shortbread with
sugar when still warm.
