1 cn Refrigerated crescent
-dinner rolls
1/3 c Sugar
3/4 c Peanut butter
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
3/4 c Peanuts; chopped
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into two long rectangles.
Place in ungreased 9 by 13 inch pan. Press into bottom to form a crust.
Bake 5 minutes. Mix together sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese. Blend
until smooth. Stir in corn syrup, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour mixture
over crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips. Return
to oven and bake 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool completely.
Chill 1-2 hours and cut into bars.
