     Title: Fudge Squares with Mocha Glaze

     Yield: 1 servings

   1/2 c  Unsalted butter; room temp
     1 c  Granulated sugar
     1 lg Egg
     1 c  All-purpose flour
   1/4 ts Baking powder
     2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
          Melted (2 squares)
   1/2 c  Milk
     1 ts Vanilla extract
   1/2 c  Chopped toasted walnuts
          Glaze:
 1 1/4 c  Powdered sugar
     1 tb Unsalted butter; room temp
     1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
          Melted (1 square)
     1 ts Almond extract
   1/4 c  Very strong coffee

    Preheat oven to 350. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan.
 In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and egg. Whisk
 together flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture.
 Add melted chocolate. Stir until well mixed. Do not
 overbeat. Add milk, vanilla and walnuts. Stir just until
 blended.
     Pour batter into baking pan. Bake 30 minutes until
 edges pull away from sides of pan. Let cake cool completely.
    For glaze: In medium bowl, mix together sugar, butter,
 chocolate and almond extract. Whisk in coffee until smooth.
 Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Pour glaze over top of
 cake. Cut into squares.
