                            ROCKY ROAD BARS

  1      package       Marble cake mix
    1/3  cup           Margarine

                       -----TOPPING-----
    1/4  cup           Water
  2                    Eggs
  1                    Marble pouch from cake mix
  1      cup           Mini marshmallows
  1      cup           Nuts -- chopped
  1      cup           Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl combine base ingredients. Mix at high
speed until crumbly.

Reserving 1-1/4 cup of the crumbs; press the remaining crumbs into a greased
9x13" pan. Put the 1-1/4 cups of reserved crumbs back into the bowl and add the
water, eggs and marble pouch. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the
marshmallows, chips and nuts.

Spread over the crumbs. Bake at 350  for 25 to 30 or until impression doesn't
remain when touched. Cool completely before cutting.
