     Title: John's Apple Cobbler

     4    Apples; or use 5
   1/2 c  Sour cream
     1 lg Egg
   3/4 c  Butter; melted
     1 c  Sugar
     1 c  Flour
   1/4 ts Salt
   3/4 c  Chopped nuts

 A quick and easy version of apple pie. The batter forms a sweet and crunchy
 top crust that finds its way into the apples.

 Peel, core and slice the apples into a 10-inch ceramic or glass pie plate.
 Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture over apples from the center
 to the edges. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour.
