Crust:
16 oz Pkg hazelnut cookies; crushed
6 tb Butter; melted
Cake:
1 lb White chocolate; melted
2 lb Cream cheese; unwrapped and
- warmed in the microwave
- for 2 minutes on high
5 lg Eggs; out of shell and
- warmed in the microwave
- 25 seconds
1/2 c Butter; softened
3 tb Hazelnut liqueur
1 tb Vanilla
1 ds Ground nutmeg
6 oz Milk chocolate with
- hazelnuts; in chunks
Crust:
Mix and pat into bottom and up sides of 10" springform pan.
