1 pound White chocolate -- chopped
12 ounces Cream chesse -- room temperature
2 Egg yolks
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Egg whites
1 pn Cream of tartar
2 tb Super fine sugar
Melt chocolate; set aside beat cream cheese until fluffy-beat in egg
yolks 1 at a time and mix well. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, chocolate
and set aside. Beat egg whites with tartar until peaks. Gradually
add sugar. Beat until stiff. Stir 1/3 of the whites into chocolate
mix (to lighten). Then fold in remaining whites. Spoon into a pan
with a graham cracker crust and bake in a water bath until center is
set.
