                           Coffee Apple Cake

  2      tsp           cinnamon
  2      tsp           baking soda

    1/2  cup           oil
  2      each          eggs
    1/4  cup           coffee
  1 1/2  tsp           vanilla
  2 1/2  cups          sliced peeled apples
  1      cup           chopped nuts


Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
