                              Sherry Cake

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1      pkg           Yellow cake mix
  1      pkg           Instant vanilla pudding  (large)
    3/4  c             Salad oil
    3/4  c             Sherry wine
  4                    Eggs
    1/2  ts            Nutmeg; up to 2 ts
  1      ts            Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients, then beat on medium speed for five minutes.
Pour into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees F for
45 to 50 minutes.  Cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing.  Sprinkle
powdered sugar over it.

This makes a nice, moist cake.
