---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Applesauce Cake
Categories: Cakes, Desserts
     Yield: 8 servings

     3 c  Warm unsweetened applesauce
     4 ts Baking soda in applesauce
     3 c  Brown sugar
     1 c  Shortening
     2 ts Baking powder
     3 c  Flour
     2 ea Eggs
     2 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Cloves
     1 ts Nutmeg
     1 ts Salt

 Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees in a tube or bundt pan for 1 hour.
 Serve each slice topped with Lemon Sauce.
