     Title: YELLOW CAKE

     4    Eggs
 2 1/2 c  Cake flour; sifted
 2 1/2 ts Baking powder
   3/4 ts Salt
   1/2 c  Milk
     1 ts Vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350. Cream margarine; add sugar gradually; beat until
 fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat until
 smooth and creamy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Measure milk then
 add vanilla to milk. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk; mix until
 smooth and creamy.
    Pour batter into 2 - 9" cake pans which have been greased and floured.
 Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until tests done.
