2 Eggs
3/4 c Brown sugar
3/4 c White sugar
1/2 c Butter; melted
2/3 c Cream
1 2/3 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Ginger
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cardamon
1 ts Alspice
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Bitter orange peel; grated
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted, cooled butter, cream and
spices, lastly add the flour sifted together with the baking powder. Mix
well. Pour into a buttered baking dish (9x13). Bake at 350 for 3/4 of an
hour.
