3/4 c Oil
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Black coffee
1/2 c Nuts
2 T Potato starch
1 c Matzo cake flour
Cream oil & sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat
well after each egg. Combine dry ingredients. Add to oil mixture
alternately with coffee. Fold in nuts. Pour into a well greased 9"
glass baking dish.
