    Title: Southern Spoon Bread

 Servings: 1

 1 1/2 c  Scalded milk
   1/2 c  Corn meal
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Butter
     2 tb Flour
     1 ts Baking powder
     1 ea Egg

 Stir dry ingredients in the milk. Add beaten egg and melted butter.
 Bake 30 minutes in moderate oven.

 Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
