1 batch focaccia dough,
: -proofed (recipe follows)
2 TB olive oil
2 TB mixed chopped herbs
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
: Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the dough out on a
oiled sheet tray and press "dimples" into it with your
fingertips. Drizzle with the oil, herbs and cheese and
season. Bake until browned and cooked through and let
cool.
