     Title: Pineapple Nut Bread

     Yield: 1 Servings

     3 tb Butter or margarine; softene
     2    Eggs
   3/4 c  Packed brown sugar
 1 3/4 c  All-purpose flour
     2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Baking soda
   3/4 c  Macadamia nuts; coarsely cho
     1 c  Fresh pineapple; finely chop
     1 tb Sugar
   1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

 Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME - FEB/MARCH 1996 In a mixing
 bowl, beat butter, eggs and brown sugar. Combine the
 flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and nuts; stir
 half into egg mixture. Add pineapple, then remaining
 flour mixture. Pour into a greased 8x4x2" loaf pan.
 Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over loaf. Bake
 at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until bread tests
 done. Cool on a wire rack.
