     Title: Poppy Seed Snack Bread

     Yield: 2 Loaves

     1 pk White cake mix without pudding
     1 pk Instant coconut cream pudding
     4    Eggs; slightly beaten
     1 c  Hot water
   1/2 c  Vegetable oil
     2 tb Poppy seeds

 Preparation time: 0:40 minutes

 In a mixing bowl, combine the cake and pudding mixes, eggs, water
 and oil; beat for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds. Pour into two
 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 35 - 40 minutes or
 until golden.
