     Title: Millie's Honey Whole Wheat Bread

     Yield: 2 Loaves

     2 c  Milk; scalded
     2 tb Butter
     2 ts Salt
   1/2 c  Honey
     2 pk Yeast
     1 c  Water; warm
     3 c  Wheat flour
          White flour

 To milk add butter, salt, and honey. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast
 in warm water. Add wheat flour and enough white flour to make a stiff
 dough. Kneed 5 to 10 minutes. Return to bowl for 1 hour. Shape into
 loaves or rolls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
