2 Long Italian hoagie
Rolls (split and the dough
Removed)
1 lb Sausage (breakfast, Italian)
1 sm Onion diced
1 sm Green pepper diced
1 Jalapeno, diced, seeded
8 oz Sour cream
8 oz Cream cheese room
Temp (diced)
8 oz Shredded cheese
In a large skillet begin browning the sausage till almost
cooked,add the peppers,and onion. Cook for about 3 mins. Add the
cream cheese,sour cream,and shredded cheese. Mix well. Fill the
hollowed bread with the sausage stuffing. Wrap loosely with foil
and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 mins. Cut into
pieces and serve.
