MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

     Title: PUMPERNICKEL BREAD

     1 c  Bread flour
     1 tb Powdered milk
   2/3 c  Rye flour
     1 ts Salt
   1/3 c  Wheat flour
   7/8 c  Water
   1/4 c  Cornmeal
     3 tb Molasses
     2 tb Cocoa
     1 tb Butter
 1 1/2 tb Quick rising yeast

 I make this on the crisp dough setting which is a 4 hour cycle and
 then turn it out shape put in bread pan and let rise till doubled
 bake in the oven this really needs a long rise time but its good also
 add a couple of teaspoons of caraway seeds. If you don't have a crisp
 dough setting then just leave in machine an extra hour after it
