Portuguese Sweet Bread (Bread Machine)
1 c Evaporated skim milk
3 tb Unsalted butter; cut into pieces
2 lg Eggs
1 Lemon; finely grated rind of
5 tb Sugar
1 tb Vanilla extract
1 ts Salt
1 tb Gluten
2 c Whole wheat bread flour
1 3/4 c White, all purpose flour
1 ts Instant yeast
Combine ingredients and bake on basic white bread setting. Watch it
doesn't rise too far!
