                         Dumplings for Chicken

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1 1/3  cups          flour
  1      teaspoon      salt
  2      teaspoons     baking powder
  1                    egg
    1/2  cup           milk

Beat egg. Mix other ingredients into egg. Steam without peaking 10-12
minutes.

Serving Ideas: Serve with chicken in paprika and sour cream gravy.

NOTES: Jon's favorite. Not sure which side of the family this came
from. Grandma Clarke may have made them but Dad made them also.
