                           Dijon-Thyme Bread

  1      c             Water
  3      tb            Dijon mustard
  1      tb            Vegetable oil
  3      c             Bread flour
  2      tb            Sugar
    3/4  ts            Salt
  1      ts            Dried thyme leaves
  2      ts            Yeast

Makes one 1-1/2 lb loaf.

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in
the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle.  Use Medium or Light Crust Color.  Remove
baked bread from pan and cool on rack.
