MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

     Title: CRACKED WHEAT-HONEY BREAD

          -R.FRANCK [Rob]
          -small (Medium;Large)
   1/4 c  (1/3 cup; 1/2 cup)
          -Cracked Wheat
   1/4 c  (1/3 cup; 1/2 cup)
          -Boiling Water
          --Pour water over
          -cracked wheat; set
          -aside.  Let cool to
          -lukewarm. (Note: about
          -as long as it takes to
          -do the rest of the
          -recipe.)
          --To baking pan add:
 1 1/2 c  (2 cups; 3 cups) Bread
          -Flour
   3/4 c  (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) Whole
          -whead flour
     1 ts (1 tsp; 1 tsp)  Active
          -dry yeast
   3/4 ts (1 tsp; 1 1/4 tsp) Salt
   3/4 c  (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) Warm
          -Milk
     1 tb (1 1/2 Tbsp; 2 Tbsp) Honey
     2 ts (1 Tbsp; 1 Tbsp)
          -Vegetable Oil

  Add ingredients to baking pan, reserving cracked wheat until last.
 Bake on medium temperature; start machine.
  Comments:  Good!  Heavy texture--chewy.
