     Title: CHEESE BREAD

     1 pk (5/16-oz) yeast
 1-1/2 c  50/50 flour
   1/2 c  Bread flour
     3 tb Parmesan cheese;grated
     2 tb Sugar
     1 tb Dry milk
     1 ts Salt
     1 tb Margarine
   7/8 c  Water

 MAKES DELICIOUS HAM SANDWICHES EXPERIMENT W/DIFFERENT CHEESES PP Put
 all ingredients, in order given, into the bread pan, select WHITE
 bread, and push Start.

 NOTE: Needless to say, this bread makes terrific ham sandwiches.
 Serve hot with Dijon mustard. Make cheese bread with Parmesan, then
 experiment with cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Romano. They are all
 delicious

 Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices.

 Each slice: 145 calories; 2 gm dietary fiber,
 <1 gm soluble fiber; 26 gm carbohydrates; 5 gm protein;
 3 gm fat (17% calories from fat); 3 mg cholesterol;
 67 mg sodium; 51 mg calcium.
