MMMMM----- Meal-Master Recipe via Home Cookin 2.8

     Title: Banana Pecan Bread

     Yield: 4

     1    1/2 pound loaf:
     1    1/2 cup (6 ounce)
          all-purpose flour
   2/3 c  sugar
     1 ts baking powder
   1/2 ts baking soda
   1/2 ts salt
   1/3 c  vegetable oil
     2 x  large eggs, lightly beaten
   1/4 c  dairy sour cream
     1 ts vanilla
          When beep sounds, add:
   2/3 c  mashed banana
   1/3 c  finely chopped pecans

 Leavened with Baking Powder
 Requires a bread machine

 Into baking pan measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and
 salt.
 Add oil, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
 Insert pan securely into unit
 Close lid.
 Select "CAKE" setting; press "START"
 When beep sounds, after about 5 minutes, add mashed banana and
 nuts. Press "START: again.

 The "COMPLETE" light will flash when cake is done.

 This recipe is from the Zojirushi book for the 1 1/2 pound
 vertical machine.
