                          Applesauce Nut Bread

  2      cups          self-rising flour
    3/4  cup           sugar
    1/2  teaspoon      soda
  1      cup           pecans
  1                    egg
  1      cup           applesauce
    1/4  cup           vegetable oil
    1/2  teaspoon      cinnamon

Stir together.  Pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
