MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

     Title: Soft Breadsticks
Categories: Polkadot, Lisa, Breads, Side dish
     Yield: 1 Dozen

 1 1/4 c  All-purpose flour
     2 ts Sugar
 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Salt
   2/3 c  Milk
     3 tb Butter or margarine, melted
     2 ts Sesame seeds

 In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
 Gradually add milk and stir to form a soft dough.  Turn onto a
 floured surface, knead gnetly 3-4 times.  Roll into a 10-in x 5-in x
 1/2-in rectangle; cut into 12 breadsticks.  Place butter in a 13-in x
 9-in x 2-in baking pan. Place breadsticks in butter and turn to coat.
 Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 450 for 14-18 minutes or until
 golden brown.  Serve warm.

 "Well, after 3 tries, I finally got the bread sticks right.  The trick
 appears to be using less milk then they tell you. These were pretty
 easy to make and tasted good, too.  I made them to go with tonight's
 dinner, which was CHicken in Pastry with Salad (recipes in the next
