     Title: Pumpkin Bread (from Bobbi)

     Yield: 2 servings

     1 c  White sugar
   1/2 c  Brown sugar
   1/3 c  Butter
     2    Eggs
     1 c  Unbleached flour
   2/3 c  Whole wheat flour
   1/3 c  Apple juice
     1 c  Pumpkin puree
   1/4 ts Baking powder
     1 ts Baking soda
   1/2 ts Cinnamon
   1/4 ts Allspice
   1/4 ts Cloves

 Preheat oven to 350 F.  Cream sugars and butter together.  Add eggs
 one at a time, beating well.  Mix the flours, baking powder, soda,
 salt and spices.  Add alternately to creamed mixture with cider and
 pumpkin.  Beat well.  Turn into 2 greased loaf pans.  Bake for
 1 hour until bread tests done.
