     3 tb Honey
 1 1/2 c  Milk
   1/4 c  Water
     3 tb Applesauce*
     2 ts Salt
     3 tb Gluten
   3/4 c  Oat bran
 1 1/2 c  Whole wheat flour
     1 c  Bread flour
 1 1/2 c  Oat flour
     3 ts Yeast

 Place in pan according to custom. *May use vegetable oil. Adapted from
