   1/2 c  Zucchini; grated
   3/4 c  Water
     3 tb Walnut oil
     3 tb Honey
   1/3 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Cinnamon
 1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; to 3 tbls
 2 1/4 c  Whole wheat flour
   3/4 c  Oat flour
     2 ts Yeast
   1/3 c  Walnuts; chopped

 Add ingredients according to manufacturer's
 directions. Medium color setting. Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.
