  3      tablespoons   corn meal
  1      teaspoon      active dry yeast

This isn't your grandma's corn bread.  It's lighter than standard corn bread, w
ith a zing!

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's insctructions.

Makes a 1 pound loaf.
