     Title: Banana Wheat Bread

     Yield: 1 loaf

     1 pk Yeast
 1 1/2 c  Bread flour
 1 1/2 c  Whole wheat flour
   1/2 ts Salt
     2 md Ripe bananas
   1/4 c  Honey
   1/4 c  Warm water
     1    Egg
   1/4 c  Oil
   1/2 ts Vanilla
     1 ts Poppy seeds, optional

 Have ingredients at room temperature. Use white bread setting on DAK bread
 machines.

 Note from RT...This is a nice textured bread. The bananas add just a hint
 of flavor, not overpowering. Very good.
