1/2 ts Sage
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Rye flour
1 1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
1 1/3 c Water
3 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Ripe tomato -- chopped
1/2 c Olives, pitted Alfone or
- other wine-cured olives
1/3 c Prosciutto -- shredded
1 tb Sugar
2/3 ts Sage
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Rye flour
1 2/3 c Whole-wheat flour
2 c Bread flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast
