Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sour cream
3 1/4 Cups Bread flour
1 Teaspoon Beau Monde (or salt)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 Teaspoons Active dry yeast
1 Tablespoon Dried chives
1 Tablespoon Ground cumin
When beeper sounds -- add:
1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey jack
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped jalapeno pepper
Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or
white)
bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add second set of
ingredients.
With the cheese and sour cream, this makes a nice brown loaf of tasty
bread.
