     Title: Greek Olive Bread
Categories: Bread machi, Breads, Low fat
     Yield: 12 Servings

     1 c  Water
     2 tb Water
     1 tb Olive oil
     3 c  Bread flour
     2 tb Sugar
     1 ts Salt
 1 1/4 ts Yeast
   1/2 c  Ripe kalamata olives;
          - pitted, coarsely chopped

 Carefully, placing all ingredients except olives in bread machine
 pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add olives at the
 Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle
 ends.

 Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not
 use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
