1/3 c Pureed pumpkin
3/4 c Apple juice
1 1/2 Eggs
3 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; to 3 tbls
3/4 c Oat OR wheat flakes
3 c Whole wheat flour
2 ts Yeast
1/3 c Diced dried apple
3 tb Ground nuts
Add ingredients according to manufacturer's
directions. Medium color setting. Add dried apple and
nuts at the beep.
Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.
