                         Cranberry Yeast Bread

  2      tb            butter -- softened
  3      tb            Instant nonfat dry milk powder
  3      tb            Sugar
  2      ts            Salt
  3 1/2  c             Bread flour
  2 1/2  ts            Active dry yeast
    3/4  c             Dried cranberries
  1      tb            Orange peel -- grated

Makes one 2 pound loaf.

In bread machine pan, place the first 7 ingredients in order
suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust
color and loaf size. Bake according to bread machine directions. Just
before final kneading (at fruit/nut signal), add cranberries and
orange peel.

Do not use delay timer.
