                        Sunflower Wheat Bread 1

  2 1/4  teaspoons     Yeast
  2 1/2  cups          Bread flour
    1/2  cup           Whole wheat flour
  3      tablespoons   Medium rye flour
  2      teaspoons     Orange zest -- grated
  1 1/2  teaspoons     Salt
  1      tablespoon    Sugar
  4      tablespoons   Powdered milk
  1      tablespoon    Butter or margarine
  1 1/4  cups          Water -- plus 1 TB
  1      teaspoon      Lemon juice
    1/3  cup           Sunflower seeds, unsalted -- shelled

Place all ingredients except sunflower seeds in machine and push start!
Use raisin bread cycle if available and add sunflower seeds at the beep.
