     Title: 100% Crunch Bread (Machine) - Regular Loaf

   3/4 c  + 1T Water
     2 c  White bread flour
     1 ts Salt
     4 ts Honey
     4 ts Molasses
     2 ts Gluten
     4 ts Olive oil
   1/2 c  Seeds *
     1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
          - or -
     2 ts Yeast, active dry

 The seeds inject a crunchy, chewy texture so
 satisfying, you won't even need a toaster for
 crispness.  High in fiber and high in taste, this
 bread brings a new dimension to an avocado and sprout
 sandwich.

                            Success Hints
                            -------------

 * Experiment with unsalted seeds for different taste
 and texture; try equal amounts of pumpkin seeds, flax
 seeds and sunflower seeds.

 For best results, use the "extra knead" process and
 add seeds near the end of the first knead.

 Gluten is available in health food stores &
 nutritional departments.
