1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Whole-wheat flour
2 ts Nonfat dried milk
1 ts Salt
2 ts Honey
1 tb Applesauce
1/4 c Carrots; grated or chopped
1/4 c Raisins
1/4 c Sunflower seeds
1/4 c Bran flakes
1 tb Wheat germ
2 ts Yeast
This recipe can be used in the regular, rapid or delayed time bake
cycles. For 1 lb loaf.
