                       Regular Loaf:
    3/4  c             Water -- +1 tb
  2      c             White bread flour
  1      tb            Sugar
  1      ts            Salt
  1 1/2  ts            Active dry yeast

It's best with an extra knead, which my machine doesn't have, so I
turn it off after the first knead and resart it again.
