     Title: Cinnamon Raisin Nut Bread

     1 c  Water
 2 1/2 c  Plus 3 tablespoons bread flo
          -ur
     2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
 2 1/2 tb Granulated sugar
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Ground cinnamon
     2 tb Butter or margarine
     2 ts Active dry yeast
   3/4 c  Raisins
   1/2 c  Chopped nuts

 Measure ingredients into bread machine pan in the order
 suggested by the manufacturer. Use whole-wheat cycle and
 set for medium crust.

 Yield: 1 (1 1/2-pound) loaf.
