2 1/2 ts Dry yeast
2 tb Nonfat dry milk
1 c Bread flour
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
2/3 c Oats
2/3 ts Salt
1 tb Brown sugar
1/3 c Raw carrot -- grated
2 ts Vegetable oil
1/2 c Water
Medium Loaf:
2 1/2 ts Dry yeast
3 tb Nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 c Oats
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Raw carrot -- grated
1 tb Vegetable oil
3/4 c Water
Large Loaf:
2 1/2 ts Dry yeast
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk
2 c Bread flour
2/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c Oats
1 1/3 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
2/3 c Raw carrot -- grated
1 1/3 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Water
Put everything into bread machine in order listed. Use "White Bread"
setting.
