   2/3 c  Water
 1 2/3 c  Bread Flour
   1/3 c  Whole-Wheat Flour
     4 ts Sugar
     1 ts Salt
     4 ts Applesauce
   1/2 ts Crushed green peppercorns
   1/2 ts Dried sweet basil
     1 pn Garlic powder
   1/4 c  Bacon (with fat)
     2 ts Yeast (active dry)

 *** Cook bacon till crisp then crumble and add with fat before
 measuring
