  1       tb           Dry milk (I use buttermilk)
  1       tb           Butter ( slivered)
  1       pk           Yeast

 Originally from: Hitachi Breadmaker book Here is a
 MEDIUM white bread: Place all ingredients in bucket
 and press 'start'. Process 4 hours and 10 minutes.
 Remove from bucket. Brush with butter for softer
 crust. Cool. Store....or EAT!
