MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hominy Bread <r T>
Categories: Bread machine, Breads, Whole grain
     Yield: 8 Servings

     2 ts Active dry yeast (1/2 pkg)
     2 c  Bread flour
     1 c  Cooked hominy grits (2 env);
          - instant is fine
     2 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Butter
     2 tb Water

 This is good with stews, or as a side dish for fried chicken.

 Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose
 either regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and
 push "Start".

 Make sure that the cooked grits aren't too wet or the bread will
 still be good but the top will collapse.

 I really enjoyed the flavor of this.
